We have internal projects that develop our skillsets and keep us sympathetic to other builders. We accept donations for these projects under our partner 501(c)3 organization, Empulsive Ink.

Empulse is a joint venture between Todreamalife and Empulsive Ink.
Todreamalife develops and maintains the Empulse app & platform at the bottom tier of their sliding scale rate and processes micropayments for a 7% fee. Empulsive Ink recruits nonprofits to the platform and funds technology development.
Both organizations reinvest a portion of revenue to recruitment and training of formerly homeless and post-incarcerated consultants.

Delinquent Savants Techrentice program is joint venture between Todreamalife and Empulsive Ink.
Todreamalife offers work placements to talented people from groups with limited opportunity for advancement (i.e. formerly incarcerated, people of color, refugees, single moms, people experiencing homelessness). If these candidates need a training period prior to meaningful contribution Empulsive Ink pays their salary for the length of the internship.
Both organizations divert a portion of revenue to recruitment and diversification of this pool, and job placement following internship.

The Todreamalife consulting company is 100% virtual and consultants work from >27 different countries with >15 native languages. Virtual work networks enable recruitment and retention of genius from areas of the world where there is severely restricted opportunities.
Distributed learning on the internet means we can train recruits real-time, on real-projects, and at their own pace. We utilize video clips, voice recording, digital translation, and screensharing for lateral transfer technological skills for free at rates far faster than traditional didactic schooling. This is ML-assisted work.

This project is made possible by the utilization of blockchain smart contracts to tokenize and track individual trees.
It also relies on drone-assisted monitoring technology like lidar to validate carbon sequestration, and register the carbon offsets in the ACR carbon registry.
These statements are always relatively self-serving.
We’ve chosen not to be doxxed to people who aren’t clients to avoid a social club of one-upmanship by association. We like our geniuses working hard, and proving their abilities directly, not talking about themselves.

We identify each other, with our own weird-and-wonderful ways, and diversity is not our problem. Our selection criteria is 2 standard deviations off median in any of the 9 intelligences, radical honesty, above average ethics, and the ability to translate that knowledge simply.
